Question：	Can I get an item in a different color or size other than what is on the website or in the catalog?
Answer：	Yes. We can customize your order to meet your needs. Because every order is custom made, every item is available in any color, size or price point as long as the minimum order quantity is met. The illustrations on the website and in the catalog are only examples of what can be done.

Question：	We have a mascot – can you manufacture it as a plush toy?
Answer：	Yes. We can manufacture any item per your specific style guide. We also participate in OEM programs and have many years of experience working with licensors developing their properties.

Question：	What’s the sample policy of Sandeer Toys?
Answer：	For new customers, we will charge USD50/style sample fee, but the sample fee will be paid back when the order is placed. For old customers, no sample fee is required.

Question：	What is the payment condition of Sandeer toys orders?
Answer：	T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy B/L

Question：	What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Answer：	For containers, because minimum order quantity varies by material and size of the items ordered, the quickest way to determine if your custom order meets MOQ is to contact a representative at sales@sandeertoys.com. Normally: Smaller than 20cm:2400pcs per color 20cm—50cm:1200pcs per color Bigger than 50cm:600pcs per color

Question：	What is the leading time of making a sample?
Answer：	Normally 5~7 days, and it also depends on sample quantity and workload.

Question：	What is the production leading time of my orders?
Answer：	Normally 45 days after received the deposit. However, it also depends on the quantity of the order and the actual production status. The actual production leading time will be discussed and agreed by both sides when the order is confirmed.

Question：

Can Sandeer Toys provide the certificates or testing reports for the products we selected?

Answer：

All our products can pass the testing standard of EN71 and ASTM. However, we cannot get the test certificate for all of our products because we have too many products. We can provide the certificates or test reports for the products which we already have. However, if the customer needs the certificate or test report for any of our specific products, then the customer needs to pay the testing cost for the test lab, and we can assure that our samples will have no problem to pass the testing.
